Travelers may face issues involving data, flights, groups, PDFs or QR codes. We provide human support before, during and after the process to reduce errors and resolve incidents.

We help travelers; we do not issue government documents.
eTravel Application is a private, comprehensive traveler-assistance service operated by Leadeator LLC. We guide, review, support and temporarily retain documentation at the traveler’s request.
How we help
- We collect and review the consistency of traveler-supplied information.
- At the customer’s request, we help complete the process on the official portal.
- We deliver the PDF and QR when generated by the official system.
- We offer temporary retention, duplicate recovery, resend and change support.
What we do not do
We do not issue, approve, sell or guarantee the e‑Ticket. We are not the Dominican Republic Government, do not claim affiliation or endorsement, and do not charge a government fee.
The official option is free
The Dominican Republic Government e‑Ticket form can be completed free of charge without hiring our service.
