Cancellation, withdrawal and refund policy

How to request
Email contacto@etravelapplication.com with the purchaser name, purchase email, order number, reason and requested remedy. Do not send full card details.
Before work begins
If work has not started, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid refunded, except unavoidable non-refundable costs disclosed in advance and lawfully chargeable.
Work started during the withdrawal period
We may request an express instruction before starting within an applicable 14-day period. If the consumer later withdraws, only the proportion actually performed may be deducted. Loss of the right after full performance applies only when all required acknowledgements were obtained.
Service error or non-conformity
Errors directly attributable to us will be corrected without charge where possible. If the service was not supplied or cannot be corrected, repeat performance, price reduction or refund will be offered as legally appropriate.
Customer errors and later changes
Incorrect customer data, changed flights, added or removed companions, extra duplicates or government decisions do not automatically create a refund right. Additional work will be priced before it begins.
Official portal outages
Temporary external outages may delay performance. If performance becomes impossible or loses its essential purpose, the legally appropriate remedy or refund will apply to the unperformed portion.
Refund method and time
Approved refunds are made through the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise or technically impossible, without fees to the customer. Statutory withdrawal refunds are processed within the applicable legal period.
Model withdrawal notice
“To Leadeator LLC, contacto@etravelapplication.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service/order], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address or email: [details]. Date: [date].” Use of this form is optional.
Chargebacks
Contacting support first may resolve an issue faster, but does not restrict any right to dispute a charge or exercise another legal remedy.
