Terms and conditions
Current version: August 13, 2026
Parties and acceptance
These terms govern the contract between Leadeator LLC and the customer ordering assistance. Before payment, the customer must be able to review the provider’s identity, service characteristics, total price, timing or priority, storage, these terms and the privacy policy.
Service scope
Depending on the option selected, assistance may include a guided form, consistency review, assisted preparation and submission, PDF or QR delivery, change support, temporary storage and copy recovery. The order summary determines the contracted scope.
Free official service
The Dominican e‑Ticket carries no government fee and can be obtained directly without paying our fees. The customer voluntarily purchases private assistance and related features.
Contract formation
The contract is formed when the customer places an order carrying an obligation to pay and we accept it. Confirmation will be supplied in a durable format. Impossible, fraudulent, duplicate, unlawful or materially incomplete orders may be rejected or cancelled with the appropriate refund.
Customer duties
The customer must have capacity to contract, provide complete and accurate information, review passport and travel details, hold authority for companions, answer clarification requests, verify official and carrier rules and report changes promptly.
Price and payment
Currency, applicable tax, fees, extras and total are shown before payment. Extras will not be added through preselected boxes. Payment providers may conduct fraud checks.
Priority and timing
Fast or urgent labels describe our operational priority after complete information and confirmed payment are received. Unless expressly guaranteed in the order summary, they are not an absolute deadline. Public portals and third-party systems remain outside our control.
Delivery, changes and copies
The customer must review delivery promptly. We will correct errors directly caused by us where technically possible. Customer errors, later flight or group changes and extra copies may require a separately priced service. Identity may be verified before a copy is released.
Temporary storage
Copies are kept for the period shown in the selected option. Recovery is not guaranteed after expiry. Customers must retain their own copy.
EEA consumer withdrawal
Where applicable, consumers have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw. If the consumer expressly asks us to begin during that period and later withdraws, the proportion already performed remains payable. The right may end after full performance only when the legally required request and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Liability
We remain liable for the contracted service as required by law. We do not control immigration decisions, boarding or admission, incorrect customer data, regulatory changes or external outages. Nothing excludes fraud, gross negligence, personal injury where prohibited, or mandatory consumer rights.
Force majeure
Reasonable delays caused by events outside our control will not constitute breach, without prejudice to mandatory information, termination or refund rights.
Complaints and governing law
Send complaints to contacto@etravelapplication.com. Any governing-law or forum term is subject to mandatory protections and competent courts available to the consumer in their country of residence.
